It links Seda's Five-Ming Buddhist Institute, Dege Printing House, Changdu and more, with snow mountains, Tibetan villages, temples, and grassland — a great route to experience Tibetan culture and faith.

This guide focuses on the Seda–Changdu section.

• Chengdu → Wenchuan → Barkam → Seda → Ganzi → Dege → Jiangda → Changdu → Riwoqe → Dengqen → Baqen → Sog County → Nagqu → Lhasa

1. Seda Five-Ming Buddhist Institute
